Hurry up! These prices won’t last very long! Familiar phrase but actually it is true in some parts of the southern zone in Costa Rica. These prices in the southern zone outside of San Isidro will not last very long. Biolley is off the beaten path but more and more farms are being purchased by foreigners around the Buenos Aires and San Vito areas. Our property has gone up in value because of the improvements we have made and the fact that around the area, other property prices have risen very slightly since over a year ago. For us however, our investment really was the incredible views and lushness around us. The views are priceless really and a very affordable price tag went along with it! We pretty much knew when we stepped on our property, that this was it!
