Domingo has a precious piece of property and at a fantastic price right off the main road heading to Colorado. (I’d buy it myself if I could swing it!) It is a GREAT investment and has a lot of potential to be a nice piece of property with great views and a lot of flat space to work with.

The domain is approximately 1 hectare which translates to about 2.2 acres of almost all usable land. There is a bit of primary forest down by the creek at the northwestern end that borders the property.

(The photo to the right shows some tall Caño Indio. Caño Indio is the tall plant lined up in a row in the picture). The Ticans around here use quite a bit of Caño Indio for their fences. You’ve probably seen the top part of the plant sold as a house plant in colder countries.
The property has a shack on it and can be easily taken down to build your dream home! You could even put the wood from the shack to good use to build corrals, gates or fences. There is a nice flat area on the north side of the house where a swimming pool or nice garden and patio could go.

Domingo has a nice piece of property here! He was our seller on the Finca Lilo de Biolley! He sells his properties at the right price and they are nice pieces of land too! I am telling you, I would buy this property if I had the chunk change to do it! I am busy with my own projects now however and don’t have the $$$ to spare! It is a GREAT investment for now or in the future to sell off again. Come and stay in Biolley for awhile and be SURE to check out this parcel! I think you will be pleased with what you see….. especially for the price!

Finca La Esperanza $140,000.00

Finca La Esperanza possesses the rarity of having the majority of flat areas on the farm. This is one view of the back of the property.
Finca La Esperanza is a very pretty finca (farm) and it boasts of almost all flat areas on the farm. It has a natural spring at the back of the property and a portion of the property has a small hill in the distance.
The property line on this side has views of the Talamanca mountain range and more flat area. The property line goes back quite a distance on this east side and even more so on the southwest side.
Old structures can be found on the property. You could recycle the wood like we did with our old shack and make a new shed and gates with the old wood. We used our old wood on our farm for this purpose and repainted the structures. Having used wood around your farm is of great value to recycle and use again! There are some hardwood trees and a few fruit trees on the farm as well.
The electricity and municipal water can be easily brought in on this property as the entire north side and front of the finca faces the main road. Again, this is all flat area in front and to both sides covering the majority of the property.

The Finca La Esperanza is a pretty piece of property and has almost all usable land, access to major facilities right off the main road, natural spring below the property and great flat areas almost all the way through the property. This is a very nice area and not much traffic on this main road. A nice quiet feel around here and GREAT potential on this property! Flat areas are not exactly easy to come by in Costa Rica! This finca is one of the rare few!
