We had the inspector on the farm to start the USDA-NOP organic inspection for the coffee! Go Ricardo & Rigo! We hope you enjoy the video of our very lovely coffee plantation! Harvest is coming around once again and we are further along in the certification process! Ricardo has made the drying beds in preparation to process his coffee. The coffee is healthy once again! We anticipate a great harvest this season of 2010! It is in full swing starting in September and last through the beginning of December!
